A man has been arrested in connection with assault after a 37-year-old was found dead at a Scots high-rise. Emergency crews were called to Elphinstone Court in Aberdeen around 3.30pm on Monday following reports of a concern for a man at a property in the flat block.
Sadly, the 37-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. Another 37-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an assault. Police remained at the scene on Tuesday, with a tent erected outside of the high-rise, and enquiries are ongoing.It is understood that officers do not think the victim fell from height and that the arrest is in connection with an assault and not the victim's death.
