Police were called to Fifth Avenue just after 5pm on Thursday (May 26) to reports of a 'disturbance'. Officers say a group of around five men pulled up on the street armed with machetes and knives.
They exited the blue Vauxhall Corsa and caused damage to a nearby property. The group fled the scene after being confronted by another man.
As one member of the group ran away, he was fatally stabbed. The man, who has now been named as Mr Elms, sadly died at the scene.
