Sixth person - a teenager - charged in relation to death of father-to-be in Oldham

Mr Elms, 25, died following a disturbance on Fifth Avenue on May 26. Police were called shortly after 5.05pm to a report of a disturbance involving a group of men causing damage to a property in Fifth Avenue, according to Greater Manchester Police.

The force says Mr Elms was 'fatally injured' by stab wounds during the disturbance and pronounced dead at the scene. His pregnant girlfriend, in a tribute released by the force, said he was 'thrilled' to become a dad for the first time.
