A major response is underway in the Shettleston area of Glasgow after potentially hazardous substances were found in a flat there on Monday evening.Properties around the flat in Altyre Street have been evacuated and public have been urged to stay away.Altyre Street, Dalness Street, Ard Street and Trainard Avenue have all been closed while police and other emergency services deal with the situation.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police and emergency services are in attendance at a flat in Altyre Street, Shettleston, Glasgow, following the discovery of potentially hazardous substances within."Altyre Street, Dalness Street, Ard Street and Trainard Avenue have been closed, and local residents have been evacuated as a precaution.
