A major Manchester road was closed this Easter Monday morning (April 10, 2023) following a road crash, police have confirmed.
Princess Road, which connects Manchester city centre to south Manchester, the M60, and the M56, was shut by cops shortly before 10am today.
It led to disruption on the city’s public transport network. Now, a spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police (GMP) has confirmed that the road was closed due to a ‘non-serious, damage only road traffic collision’.
The force did not confirm how many vehicles were involved, but it’s understood no serious injuries were reported.
