The clip was filmed beside the finish line on Talbot Road, in Trafford, on Sunday afternoon (April 16), where a man plucked up the courage to pop the question to his partner before they both run to complete the race together.
With a huge grin and met by cheers and screams from excited bystanders, the man placed the ring on her finger before they wrapped their arms around each other and completed the route.
