Setting the scene for her vengeance, Mahalia sings about a boy who's "got me hurting, I feel it in my chest." Confused and questioning herself amid the whiplash effect of a sudden break-up, Mahalia pours her heart out from behind the counter at a greasy burger joint where grey meats and food poisoning are the dish of the day all the while clutching a baseball bat.
