The star put on the brave face as she walked with the aid of a cane during her Madame X tour in the French capital, amid debilitating injuries as of late.
The queen of pop, 61, grinned as she was led out of Grand Rex with Ahlamalik, 25, as she showed no sign of strain following her a Thursday night performance.
Wrapping up against the bitter chill of a Parisien winter, Madonna wore a massive coat and fingerless gloves – her usual post-show garb – while Ahlamalik kept things simple in a smart white top and hooded coat.
