Pop icon Madonna shared behind-the-scenes footage from her wild 64th birthday party in Italy with her more than 18.4 million Instagram followers on Wednesday.

In the recording, the 64-year-old Material Girl hitmaker could be seen dancing up a storm with her six children, including daughter Lourdes Leon, who wore a backless silver minidress. 'Come to my surrealist party, where nothing is logical, often disturbing,' she teased in the video while rocking a top hat with a black veil and lacey black ensemble.

Throughout the video, her kids showed off their own incredible dance moves as  Madonna twerked, and at one point, took her shoes off and sat on the floor.
