'M3GAN 2.0' Gets a New 2025 Release Date
justjared.comThe M3GAN sequel is coming, but it’s been pushed back a month! M3GAN 2.0, which was previously announced to hit theaters on May 16, 2025, will now be released on June 27, 2025, Blumhouse confirmed with their 2025 theatrical calendar, via THR.
The horror-comedy original, released in 2022, told the story of a life-like children’s doll. The film starred Allison Williams, Violet McGraw, Amie Donald, Ronny Chieng, and more. Designed by brilliant toy-company roboticist Gemma (Williams), M3GAN can listen and watch and learn as she becomes friend and teacher, playmate and protector, for the child she is bonded to.
When Gemma suddenly becomes the caretaker of her orphaned 8-year-old niece, Cady (McGraw), Gemma’s unsure and unprepared to be a parent.
