Marks and Spencer has finally revealed its highly-anticipated Christmas food range - and loads of it can be cooked in the airfryer.
All new party nibbles launched this year come with air frying instructions for the first time, so they can be cooked using a fraction of the energy they would in the oven. This includes pulled beef and potato tower rostis, what M&S are calling Our Best Ever prawn toast, which now contains larger chunks of black tiger prawn along with spring onion, fragrant ginger and a zingy ponzu dip and the show-stopping Collection Truffle Arancini which is the veggie option of choice, tasting incredible while also actually looking like a truffle.
Meanwhile, vegans who might normally find a party buffet table a bit uninspiring can actually enjoy one of the cheeriest new elements of this year's range - handmade snowman-shaped bao buns filled with crispy vegetables and a rich hoisin sauce.
There's also a bargain "fool-proof" Christmas Day dinner box for £45, which feeds four and takes just an hour to cook and includes turkey and all the trimmings. The dinner includes a British Oakham turkey joint topped with streaky bacon and stuffing, roast potatoes, baby carrots, red cabbage and a thick, rich turkey gravy.
