Former star of reality show The Only Way is Essex, Lydia Bright, showed off her gorgeous ringlets on Instagram as she shared the latest step in her curly hair journey.

The reality star and mum of one has been embracing her natural curls since the start of the year, and has been embarking on a journey to help her naturally curly hair become more defined.

Her latest step was a specialist curly haircut, which she got done at the hair salon Curl Talk, which specialises in providing bespoke services and education for their customers' individual curls, kinks, coils and waves.
