Lydia Bright breaks down as she recalls 'heartbreak' of being single and pregnant
ok.co.ukTOWIE star Lydia Bright has reflected on how she felt "heartbroken" when she was pregnant for the first time, as well as being single.
Lydia, 32, shares her three year old daughter with ex-boyfriend Lee Cronin, and they have co-parented since they parted ways as a romantic couple when Lydia was 11 weeks pregnant.
Looking back on the time, Lydia said to Kate Ferdinand on her podcast Blended: "Doing pregnancy alone was really tough." The mum of one went on: "It was a very emotional time when I was pregnant because I was scared," before apologising to Kate, 31, that she was starting to cry. "Sorry, I don't want to get emotional." Lydia then said because she "never set out to do it by herself" and her pregnancy wasn't what she expected, it was "really hard".
She continued: "I remember being heartbroken. I was nervous, I was heartbroken." Lydia also told Kate she is so "lucky" she fell pregnant with Loretta quickly, which she wasn't expecting due to having polycystic ovaries.
