Lush is reopening on Monday with big changes — and its smart app will transform the whole shopping experience

If you’ve missed the smell of soapy goodness wafting out of Lush doors, you’re in luck.The retailer has confirmed it will be reopening 88 of its 89 stores nationwide from 15 June, after being closed for over two months.

From Monday, customers will once again be able to get their bath bomb fix, but Lush is warning shoppers that the in-store experience may be different to what they’re used to.

Known for its intimate approach to retail, Lush will no longer be carrying out product demonstrations, offering free hand massages, or sending employees out on the shop floor.
