The 26-year-old former Ivy League student is the suspect in the murder and he was arrested on Monday (December 9) while eating at a McDonald’s restaurant in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
An employee at the McD’s is being called a hero for recognizing Luigi from the photos released of the alleged killer.
Officials say that he was carrying multiple fake IDs and a 3-D printed gun at the time of the arrest. He also had a manifesto in his possession, which contained his thoughts on the health care industry.
