Twitter to tease the highly anticipated return of Lucifer. With the next eight episodes of season five finally hitting Netflix next week, his latest post could be teasing an exciting cameo from one of the show's key characters from its original run on Fox.

D. B. Woodside has fuelled fan theories with a tribute to his former co-star Tricia Helfer on Twitter. Helfer played a major role in Lucifer's second and third seasons as Charlotte Richards, the mortal vessel for the devil's mother, Goddess.

Lucifer Morningstar (played by Tom Ellis) vanquished Goddess with Azrael's Flaming Sword, though Charlotte was later resurrected and slain once again by Marcus Pierce (Tom Welling).
