Maura Higgins and Chris Taylor made our 2020 when they confirmed our biggest suspicion that they are a couple last November and now the besotted pair are talking marriage.

Taking part in a New Year’s Day Q&A on Maura’s Instagram page, the Love Islanders opened up about the prospect of saying ‘I do’ when quizzed by a fan and by the sounds of it, they’re not totally against the idea.

The pair bounced off one another as they answered a very blunt question: ‘When are use getting married?’ offering dates as to when they might meet at the altar. ‘When are we getting married, Chris?’ Maura playfully asked her boyfriend to which he replied: ‘Oh God, erm….
