ok.co.ukLove Island's Mollie Salmon has revealed the first results from her controversial 'fox eye' surgery, showing her bruised and swollen face after promising to bring her fans along on her surgery journey.The 24-year-old Southampton beauty who appeared on last year's series admitted that after coming around from the anaesthesia she's "struggling to see" in the aftermath but that she expects the swelling to go down "after a few days." The blonde star then went on to post a trigger-warning image of one of her eyes after the invasive surgery, showcasing her puffy, inflamed eyelid and heavily bandaged face.
It's unsure at present where the star travelled for her treatment other than it appears she was likely somewhere hot and sunny with a following Insta story post showing some delicious chocolate waffles for breakfast outdoors, beside her glamourous sunglasses.
On leaving surgery, she thanked her best friend, Hollie, for coming along to look after her, stating she "couldn't have done it without her." Mollie told fans back in February that she planned to have this eye surgery.
It's a controversial one that comes with potentially nasty side effects including infection and scarring. However, she's not the first young celebrity to go through with the procedure.
