Jack, 31, and Chloe, 23, were first linked in 2021, and are believed to have had an on-off relationship in recent years. It looks like love has once again bloomed between the pair as they've been posting plenty of each other on their respective Instagram pages.
On Sunday, 11 February, Jack posted a couple of snaps of himself with Chloe to his Instagram grid, as they cuddled up whilst out at a pub.
He captioned the post with a simple love heart emoji.
