Love Island star Zara Holland has been charged with breaking coronavirus laws after she allegedly tried to flee Barbados with her boyfriend when he tested positive for COVID.
The 25-year-old could be fined up to €20,000 and face a year in jail after she and her boyfriend Elliott Love, 30, were arrested by officials at Grantley Adams International Airport.
Holland will appear in court on the Caribbean island on Wednesday. Both she and her partner are accused of breaching their quarantine conditions to remain at their Sugar Bay resort hotel when Mr Love tested positive for the virus last Tuesday.
