She and boyfriend Elliott Love were said to have been stopped at the airport attempting to leave the island after he had tested positive for the bug.
Zara could face a fine of up to $18,000 and a year-long jail sentence, while Elliott remains at the Paragon Isolation Centre.
She has since tested negative and been able to leave the facility. The Sun previously reported that Zara's court date comes a week after another tourist was sentenced to six months for a similar alleged breach.
