ok.co.ukLove Island star Jack Fowler feared for his life after suffering an allergic reaction during a flight to Dubai.The DJ, who appeared on series four of the hit ITV dating show, said he "couldn’t breathe" following the scary ordeal and was "left with the real possibility of dying on the plane".
Jack, 28, took to Instagram on Monday, 17 June to share details of his terrifying allergic reaction during an Emirates flight.
He labelled the post a "trigger warning" as he wrote a lengthy statement and shared footage from his flight. He started by saying that he was posting the experience to make people aware of the "severity of how bad food allergies can be".
Recalling the ordeal he said: "I recently flew with Emirates Airline where I was given a Cashew Nut. I made my flight attendant aware of my nut allergy twice before being given a chicken curry." He claimed: "I wasn’t given a menu to chose from, instead I was asked directly if I wanted chicken or fish.
