Love Island’s Summer Botwe’s life off screen from famous dad to soap star appearance

Six new girls recently entered the Love Island villa as part of the famous Casa Amor twist, and among them is 22 year old Summer Botwe.

Summer, who hails from Hertfordshire, has headed into the main villa alongside five other single girls - Mollie, Cheyanne, Chyna, Jazmine and Coco - as they attempt to find love.

However, it appears she is no stranger to the limelight as her father is actually an award-winning garage DJ, and she's even starred in BBC One soap EastEnders alongside him.

When asked about her 'claims to fame' prior to her arrival in the villa, Summer opened up about her life away from the show, revealing she'd once appeared on screen alongside Lacey Turner, 34, who portrays Stacey Slater in EastEnders.
