During Lockdown 3.0, it has been a little harder to find the motivation to get moving or adopt a new fitness craze. One of the positives of the first was that we had the gorgeous weather to encourage us to take up hobbies such as running or working out.This time around, all we want to do is stay in the warmth, put the kettle on and make our way through multiple packets of biscuits – sounds familiar?
