After a year off, Love Island is back on our screens and we couldn’t be more thrilled. But it’s not only the contestants who are super glam – we’re also always intrigued by whatever host Laura Whitmore is using in her beauty regime.

In a new video with Boots as part of its “Feel Good” campaign, the show’s host has shared some of her top beauty tricks to inspire viewers’ own beauty regimes – just months after welcoming her first child with husband Iain Stirling, aka the voice of Love Island.

Asked about her Love Island beauty essentials, Laura said, “A lot of foundations that I use have SPF in it, to protect you from the sun – that would probably be my favourite.” She added: “I think good skin is really important, especially under camera.
