The 30-year-old posted this morning that she was going to be more mindful about what she says online after receiving a message from an NHS nurse.
In the post she said: "I received a heartfelt message from a nurse on the frontline last night asking me to be mindful whenever I say ‘I’m bored’ We’ve done so well as a nation to come together but I’m keeping myself in check, if you guys will also.
