Love Island's Indiyah and Dami on pressure to find 'Black Love' in villa: 'We knew everyone would be tweeting'

Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope have spoken about the pressure they felt to represent 'Black Love' on Monday 15 August's BBC 1Xtra Breakfast show with Nadia Jae.The couple got together in week three, after Ikenna Ekwonna, who initially was coupled up with Indiyah, was dumped from the villa as part of a shocking double elimination.

Amber Beckford was the second Islander dumped in yet another double elimination decided by the public. Her exit left partner Dami single, but he quickly showed an interest in pursuing a romantic relationship with fellow single Islander Indiyah.

Despite a few blips in Casa Amor, Dami, 26, and Indiyah, 23, got back together and went straight to the finals, making it to third place.

Now, speaking during a Radio 1Xtra interview, they opened about being a black couple on the iTV dating show and the pressures they came along with it.
