that things between Love Island couple Gemma Owen and Luca Bish appear “uncertain”.The pair finished in second place in Monday night’s final behind winners Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti, while Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope took third and Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page fourth.
And celebrity psychic and body language expert Inbaal Honigman says Luca looked “uncertain” and “mistrustful” during the final, while partner Gemma was “stiff” and is “reluctant” to get closer to the 23 year old.
She said: “Before the final results were called, Luca was nearly fully hidden behind Gemma, not by her side.This shows us Luca is uncertain and would hold Gemma responsible for anything that's not a win.” Inbaal goes on to describe Luca and Gemma’s finale interview as an “uneven performance”. “His smile drops more than once to reveal his nerves,” she says. “Even though it must be nerve-wracking to sit on that sofa after all those weeks of being constantly filmed, it is the fact that he attempts to hide his nerves using bright smiles and banter, that comes across as less than genuine.” She adds: “His glances towards a chatty Gemma were mistrustful,” while Gemma appeared “stiff” and lacking support.
