Love Island 's Luca Bish discussed Sunday night's public vote with partner Gemma Owen on Monday after four Islanders were brutally dumped.

During the episode, Nathalia Campos and Reece Ford, and Lacey Edwards and Deji Adeniyi, were sent home. And discussing the results on Monday, Luca was left shocked by the fact he and Gemma were the last couple to be saved before the bottom Islanders were revealed.

He said: "Were you sweating when we were the last ones?" To which Gemma admitted: "I was like: 'Ooh, this is getting a bit like...'" With Luca saying that he thought they might have been in the bottom three, explaining: "I've not done anything big to say we're exclusive or 100%. "If you look around here right now, every single one of them has done something or made a big gesture..." To which Gemma hit back with: "It's irrelevant, we decided ourselves that we didn't want to do that: 'Oh, now we are exclusive!' "Like, in my opinion, it's like we know we were going in that direction and we know we are that so it's now when other people are doing it, you can't get bitter about it because it was our choice not to do it." To which Luca insisted: "No, I'm not bitter about it.The only thing was when Ekin-Su goes: "You guys are basically exclusive..." With Gemma pointing out: "I knew that would have f**ked you off!" It comes after the couple had an extremely awkward reaction to Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti becoming exclusive.

Following the announcement, Luca stated that there was now three couples in the villa without counting himself and Gemma in that.
