Amber Gill rose to fame after winning the fifth series of Love Island in 2019, and with the success, went on to create her own swimwear line and penned two romance novels.
Now, as we move into the colder months, the 27 year old is ready to slow down and embrace the cosy season, vowing herself to take a 'back seat' with a focus on self-care from the comfort of her London home. "I'll be in the house more, going to the gym more and looking after myself more.
Whereas in the summer, I’m here, there and everywhere, out till late. I’ve switched my mindset which has helped a lot in the way that I view the colder months", she exclusively tells us. "I’m usually go go go all the time, so now, I’m just going to chill." In a bid to embrace the cosy season, Amber says she "works with the season" and views it as a type of "hibernation".
But as the days get darker, Amber admits she can struggle with Seasonal affective disorder, also known as SAD. "I do get that, I’m a summer baby, I love the sun," she tells us.
