Love Island's Amber Gill has been warned that she could be reported to Trading Standards and have her Instagram account shut down for not following advertising rules.The 24 year old, who recently reportedly reunited with her criminal ex Rory Colhoun in Dubai, is one of many influencers who promotes products to her 2.4million followers on her social media page.
Now, the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has placed the reality star on a "watch-list" alongside her fellow Love Island pals Francesca Allen, Jess Gale, Eve Gale, Belle Hassan, and Anna Vakili – who were already on the list.The ASA stated that the influencers were placed on the list for failing to disclose ads on their social media platforms despite being warned, given help and advice from them on sticking to the rules.

On Amber, they wrote: "We will continue to monitor her content and, if she fails to follow the rules in future, she could also be subject to further sanctions." The watchdog did not specify which posts or Instagram stories in which Amber flouted the rules, however recent posts on her feed that promote products like hairdryers have the hashtag 'ad' on them.
