Love Island may be all about finding love, but it’s become known for its challenges too. From the classic game of truth or dare to the more disgusting food challenges, the show has gained a reputation for testing its couples with plenty of fun and games.
And perhaps no challenge on the show is as notorious as the iconic heart rate dance challenge which sees contestants sport a series of sexy outfits and perform a lap dance in order to get heart rates up.
Whether it’s the questionable costumes or slightly awkward dance moves, the challenge is a firm favourite for viewers at home, but what is it like in person?
