The duo, who have been dating since February, have kept quiet about their romance since they were forced to isolate separately during the coronavirus lockdown.
Luke, who is isolating with his brother in Newcastle, hasn't liked Demi's last two posts - and it was quickly noticed by fans.
When one follower asked Demi if “you and Luke were still together”, another replied to say he hadn’t liked her past two posts.
