Antigoni Buxton has revealed what her biggest "ick" is ahead of her Love Island debut on Wednesday night’s episode. It was teased on Tuesday that the daughter of famous chef Tonia Buxton was heading into the villa, leaving this year’s contestants floored.
When asked why she chose to apply for the show this year, the 26 year old singer said: “I’ve been single for almost a year and a half and for the whole of the last year my goal has been to have as many different experiences as possible.
I really just want to say ‘yes’ to things. Why not? It’ll be fun. I’m a Cypriot girl and I love being in the sun. I’ve got nothing to lose!” As to what she’s going to bring to the villa, Antigoni promised to bring “positive vibes”.
She also revealed that she has a competitive side, however. “In life generally, I am quite competitive – I get really serious over Christmas Day Monopoly,” Antigoni said.
