'Love in the Big City' Gets Streaming Debut - How to Watch the Movie Online!
justjared.comLove in the Big City is finally coming to streaming in North America. Rakuten Viki announced that the film will make its North American streaming debut on its platform on December 24.
The movie stars Kim Go-eun and Noh Sang-hyun, and first debuted at 2024 Toronto International Film Festival and was selected as the closing film at the 2024 London Korean Film Festival.
The film was based off of the original novel of the same name, as was the popular K-drama series. Here’s a plot summary: “Love in the Big City tells the story of Jae Hee (Kim Go-eun), whose sharp tongue and daring attitude places her at the center of gossip and hurtful rumors and Heung Soo (Noh Sang-hyun) who is set on keeping his gay identity a secret for life.
One day, in the back alley of a hotel, Jae Hee discovers Heung Soo’s secret by chance. Contrary to Heung Soo’s worries, Jae Hee keeps his secret and even helps him in a critical moment.
