Ryan Libbey has hit out at Boots after a shop assistant gave him "less than helpful" advice and didn't believe his baby boy Leo is teething.The 31 year old, whose fiancé Louise Thompson recently documented her return to the gym, took to his Instagram stories to post several clips of himself explaining exactly what happened when he entered the shop for help.

According to the NHS, cradle cap is a common and harmless skin condition in babies that usually clears up on its own, but can be helped with unperfumed shampoo.
Ryan went on to share the second incident that took place that left him upset as he explained he went back to the counter to ask for Anbesol Liquid, but was told he couldn't have any as his son is "too young to be teething".
