Louise Minchin, 52, has often joked that her family wouldn’t allow her to do the show, but has now revealed this is not the case following her upcoming departure on BBC Breakfast.The presenter made her admission after co-star Carol Kirkwood, 59, discussed her time Strictly Come Dancing with Pasha Kovalev in 2015.The weather presenter said of her experience: “Strictly was amazing, it’s one of those programmes that I will never regret or forget doing.”She went on to point out that while the routines were only 90 seconds long, it would take just one missed step to ruin the whole performance.
Despite this, she added: “You just think, look, I’m not going to be a professional dancer, it’s not going to change my career or my life, just enjoy.
