And it was in the Kadies smoking area that Lottie and Lewis appeared to descend into a rather heated discussion, with Lewis waving his arms around as he spoke to his girlfriend.
A friend then appeared to intervene in the conversation and calm the pair down, before the group headed back inside the club.
Dressed for the celebrations, Lottie, 24, donned a black leather jacket, which she removed to unveil a stylish maroon crop top underneath.
