Loose Women's Kaye Adams opened up about having to "reinvent" Christmas following the passing of her parents. In a heartfelt confession on ITV's Loose Women, co-hosted with Frankie Bridge, Kelly Brook, and Kéllé Bryan, the topic turned to handling grief during the holidays.
Speaking on Wednesday (December 4), Kaye, 61, opened up about feeling like she was "sleep walking" through her first Christmas after her dad passed away.
She disclosed: "I think you kind of have to reinvent it. Like similar to you, I've lost both my mum and my dad, and Christmas was always, always at their house.The first one after my dad died, we just kind of slept walked through it." Kaye confided further: "We went through the motions.
We were kind of anaesthetised to the whole thing. You did it, because it felt like a big thing to ignore it, but like I say, we were sleep walking.
