The former This Morning star danced the night away alongside EastEnders actor Patsy Palmer, Strictly Come Dancing makeup artist Lisa Armstrong and a slew of other showbiz faces.
The lavish disco themed event was in aid of celebrity makeup artist Liv Davey's 30th birthday, and took place at 25 Paul Street in the Capital.
Sixty three year old Ruth definitely made an impression at the event and took to her Instagram stories to show off her disco attire.
