Orlagh, who just won E4's Fred's Last Resort show, moved into Coleen's house in Cheshire last year and has been friends with the star's daughter, Ciara, 22, since the age of seven.
She told The Sun: "Honestly, my birthday card is 'Orlagh, the daughter I never wanted'!" Orlagh, originally a pizza waitress, recently appeared on E4's Fred's Last Resort, where she won the coveted £10,000 prize money and a top hospitality contract during the summer season at a five-star hotel on the French Riviera.
But she made sure to keep her living arrangements with Coleen a secret, as she didn't want to use her celebrity connection to bolster her chances on the show.
