The Loose Women discussed their friendship on Tuesday's show, with Janet Street-Porter appearing to hint at a past feud with co-star Denise Welch.
Host Kaye Adams asked her co-stars Janet, Denise and Brenda Edwards: "Should you stay in touch with ex-colleagues?" Janet, 76, spoke about her experience as a boss in the workplace and then referred to her fellow Loose Women panellists as her friends, before saying Denise "never used to" speak to her. "Actually, Denise is talking to me, she never used to," Janet said, prompting Denise, 64, to admit: "I agree with you but there's a reason for that. There have been big changes." Kaye, 60, and Brenda, 54, looked shocked by the revelation, with Brenda then telling her co-stars she sees them all as her friends.
The TV star said: "All of you I've got your phone numbers and I talk to you individually," prompting all of the panellists to agree they are friends.
Denise then questioned Janet over her comment, asking her if they are "friends". Janet then exclaimed: "You are my friend! Don't start being neurotic, Denise.
