Loose Women fans slam 'worst episode ever' as 'George Clooney and David Beckham' appear

Loose Women viewers were left less than impressed with the ITV panel show's "worst ever episode" as 'George Clooney' and 'David Beckham' made an appearance.

The special show, themed around a high school prom which Brenda Edwards missed out on due to her religious upbringing, was hosted by Brenda Edwards, Frankie Bridge, Coleen Nolan and Katie Piper.

As the show came to a close, Katie teased a "very special guest" to act as "dates" for their glamorous event. However, Katie revealed they couldn't secure the "real thing" and instead introduced a pair of lookalikes styled to resemble football legend Beckham and Hollywood heartthrob Clooney.

Confused fans quickly took to social media to share their thoughts, with many criticising the show's "cheap" budget. One viewer wrote: "He looks nothing like George Clooney, nor does the other one look like David Beckham! " Another commented: "I don't think that guy would look like George Clooney even if [they] closed their eyes." Another fan added: "David Beckham lookalike looks more like Peter Andre.
