justjared.comParis Hilton and her fiance Carter Reum are now the owners of a beach house in Malibu! The Cooking with Paris star and longtime entrepreneur has purchased a home on La Costa Beach, according to Dirt.com.
The house went for $8.4 million and it features 2,968 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Even though it’s not a huge home by celebrity standards, the price is actually not incredibly high for the area. The current owners actually took a loss with the sale!
The outside of the home has a courtyard and an exterior that might make you think of Mykonos, one of Paris‘ favorite locations.
