Matt Damon‘s Los Angeles home has been on the market since January and the Oscar-winning star has dropped the price significantly in hopes of finally selling the house.
The Pacific Palisades mansion was originally listed for $21 million and now it has been given a $3.1 million price cut. Matt is now asking for $17.9 million for the home.
It was previously reported that Matt and his family moved into a penthouse in New York City’s Brooklyn Heights neighborhood last year.
Also living in the building are Matt‘s friends John Krasinski and Emily Blunt. Matt‘s Pacific Palisades home sits on over half an acre of land and the 13,500 square feet home features seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
