Jennifer Lopez has been hunting for a house in Los Angeles in recent months and we’ve just learned she’s still trying to sell her New York City penthouse apartment, four years after originally listing the pad.

The 52-year-old entertainer bought the incredible home back in 2014 and decided to sell it three years later. She listed it for $26.95 million back in 2017 and now it has been given a major price cut.

The New York Post reports that Jennifer recently updated the price of the apartment to $25 million. The home features four bedrooms and 11 bathrooms in 6,500 square feet of interior living space.
