A London phone box has gone on the market for £45,000 - costing the same as an entire house in some parts of the UK. Property prices have rocketed across the capital, with stories of people switching grand country mansions in exchange for two-bed London flats becoming a regular occurrence.

And whole villages in Wales going on the market for the same price tag as flats in the city. Now, a red phone box is on sale for £45,000 - the same price as a house in other parts of the country.
