Wynonna Judd to recreate The Judds 1991 Farewell Concert in new TV special
As part of her farewell to The Judds, Wynonna Judd announced plans to recreate the legendary country music duo's farewell concert that aired as a TV special back in 1991.The Judds: Love is Alive — The Final Concert will be recorded next Thursday, November 3, in the Murphy Center at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, the same arena of the original special, and then be broadcast on CMT in March, according to People.Current tour-mates Ashley McBryde, Brandi Carlile, Kelsea Ballerini, Little Big Town, and tour opener Martina McBride will all stand in for her late mother Naomi Judd, who died by suicide on April 30, and perform with Wynonna, along with additional guests to be announced.
