Location, Location, Location star Phil Spencer loses both parents in car crash

Anne and David Spencer died on Friday (August 18), according to Allsopp, posting on Instagram. Kent Police have confirmed they were called at 12.36pm on Friday to a report of a single-vehicle collision.
A spokeswoman said: "Officers attended along with other emergency services and a man and woman in their 80s were taken to a local hospital where they were later pronounced deceased.
