Liverpool's scheduled Champions League match against FC Midtjylland on December 9 could be under threat due to new UK travel restrictions.
The Reds, who currently top Group D in the competition having won all three of their games so far, are due to travel to Denmark next month for what would be their final match of this stage of the tournament.
However, the UK Government has recently put a travel ban on the Scandinavian country due to a new strain of coronavirus mutating from mink farms coming to light.
England's upcoming Nations League game against Iceland may also have to be played at a neutral venue due to the fact Iceland are due to play Denmark three days earlier, meaning they would be unable to travel to Wembley.
